These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered or visiting user ("User", "Player", "you"), and Sarang777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") in respect of access to and use of the website located at sarang777.cam and all related services, products, and features made available through it.

• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.

Sarang777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any eligibility condition at any time, including age verification documents (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.1 Registration Process

Users may create an account by completing the registration form available on the Platform. You must provide a valid, current email address, a username of your choice (subject to availability), and a secure password. All account communications will be directed to the email address provided at registration; it is your responsibility to ensure this address remains current and accessible.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is deemed to be your activity and your sole responsibility.

• You must notify Sarang777 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Sarang777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered account. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — by reference to shared payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or personal details — Sarang777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel pending transactions, and permanently ban the associated player from the Platform.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account, subject to method-specific availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods.
• Any active bonus funds attached to an account are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance may be withdrawn.
• Sarang777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated and may vary; the Company does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Currency

The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and transaction records are denominated in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional benefits offered by Sarang777 are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions as published on the Platform at the time of offer.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired unclaimed bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are specified in individual promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• The maximum bet permitted while wagering bonus funds is RM25 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this threshold while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Sarang777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus package. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount (expressed in MYR), and applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the promotion page at the time of deposit. Players who do not wish to receive a welcome bonus may opt out during the deposit process.

By participating in any game, slot, or sports betting market available on the Sarang777 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sarang777 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a manifest technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display or game malfunction, Sarang777 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to player accounts.

Users of the Sarang777 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit games or promotions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately; exploitation is strictly forbidden.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to disguise the true origin of funds deposited into or withdrawn from a Sarang777 account.

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.

All content on the Sarang777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Sarang777", the platform logo, website design, visual elements, graphical assets, software, text, promotional materials, and structural design — is the exclusive property of the Company or its duly licensed partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, commercial use, framing, or any other exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of Sarang777.

Any unauthorised use of Sarang777's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or trade dress laws and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarang777 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service, server downtime, or technical errors beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, third-party payment processor delays, or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
• Loss or damage resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a User in relation to gambling activity on the Platform, including any gambling losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of internationally accepted online gaming law and practice.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Sarang777 arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's internal complaints procedure. The Company will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aims to provide a final resolution within 30 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
